As the White House extends social distancing guidelines amide the coronavirus pandemic until at least April 30th of this year, students in Virginia are returning to classes at Liberty University.  This despite the State of Virginia and Govern Ralph Northam’s order shutting down all non-essential businesses.  Jerry Falwell, Jr. welcomed students back from Spring break and seeks to continue housing students for their education. This reckless behavior poses a risk to the surrounding community in the town of Lynchburg in addition to the obvious risk to the students themselves. More information and analysis can be found here.

We are investigating the potential legal liability of this reckless conduct.  If you or a family member fears the this risk, please contact us through the form on this page and let us know.
