On June 6, 2018, Oliver Latta and other named plaintiffs joined in moving for preliminary approval of a settlement agreement reached with the City of Hannibal and the Hannibal Board of Public Works. The Agreement provides for both equitable relief and establishes a fund for reimbursements of out-of-pocket costs for specific medical procedures to class members.

The Court’s Order further provides for notice regarding the terms of the Agreement as well as members rights, obligations and options to be delivered to class members in the coming weeks.
